Alexandr is a professional ballet dancer, choreographer, and teacher from Vladimir, Russia.  He was principal dancer for the Tajik Opera and Ballet Theater, Moscow Operetta Theater (Moscow Ballet Company), Magadan Music Theater in Russia; as well as the Brighton Dance Company in New York City and the Westchester Dance Center in Yorktown Heights, New York.  Since 1994, Mr. Alex has taught ballet in Alaska, New York, Florida, Minnesota, and, now, Washington State.  His goal is to bring his students knowledge, technique, and enjoyment through the art of ballet. Now he has kindly offered to donate some of his time for these Yoga Retreats.
