Soitza Devlin was born in Mazatlan, Mexico and immigrated to the U.S. in 2005. Growing up in a family passionate about good food, it is no surprise that Soitza has been teaching Mexican cuisine at Bayview Cooking School in Olympia, Washington for the past 8 years. In addition, she has given presentations in Spanish on the salsas of Mexico for a Spanish class at a local community college.
